Craft production, fermentation with native yeasts, original elaboration, without external corrections, from organic vineyards located in natural places. Deep cherry red colour with purple hues, fruity on the palate, medium body, balanced, easy to drink, round, may contain sediments due to the particular elaboration.
Sauvignon Blanc is an aromatic and refreshing white wine with citrus and herbal notes. The colour is a pale hue with greenish tinges. The aroma is intense, with notes of lemon, fresh grass, herbs, and a hint of fruit. The taste is light and refreshing, with a pleasant acidity and a fruit sensation. The finish is refreshing with a slight touch of minerals. It is an ideal wine to pair with salty foods and appetizers.
Chardonnay is a white wine with a pale yellow colour and a slight greenish tone. Notes of fruits such as apples, pears, and apricots stand out in the aroma, with an herbal touch. On the palate, it is smooth, with a taste of sweet fruits, citrus, and a fruity touch. The finishisslightly mineral.
The Macabeo - Chardonnay - Sauvignon Blanc blend presents an aromatic wine with refreshing notes of white fruits such as pear, apple, and pineapple. On the palate, it is creamy and smooth with a well-balanced acidity. Its finish is soft and persistent with a very fruity touch. Ideal to accompany any type of appetizer or to be enjoyed on its own.
